Do I need money to do this?

Investing in multi-family properties typically requires some level of funding. However, you can use other people's money from private lenders or equity partners to get started. This allows you to leverage resources and maximize returns. We’ll discuss funding options at the event.

Do I need a real estate license?

No, you do not need a real estate license to invest in multi-family properties.

How much time do I have to put into this?

If you want passive income, you may only need 30 minutes a day for research. Once under contract, time increases for due diligence and negotiations. As you gain experience, you become more efficient. Goals and priorities dictate time commitment.

Can I do this working a full-time job?

Yes, you can hire a property management company to handle day-to-day rental tasks. This frees up your time to focus on your full-time job while building your investment portfolio.

Where do you find the properties?

Options include real estate brokers, commercial listings sites, and direct mail campaigns. You can obtain lists of properties from your local tax assessor's office to target owners. We’ll go into more detail about this during the workshop.

How long will it take me to get my first deal?

The timeline depends on how diligently you work our proven system. While timelines vary, some investors have closed their first deal within weeks. Our system provides guidance to help overcome obstacles.

Why doesn’t everyone do this?

Many are held back by limiting fears and beliefs. But with the right support, these can be overcome. We provide training and resources to help you become a successful investor.

Do I need good credit?

No. Since financing is based on property cash flow, you do not need good personal credit to invest in multi-family.
